Payment and Shipping

Payment

All payments must be made in US Dollars. We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit Cards:

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

(As of 09/17/09 we will no longer be accepting Discover or American Express.)

PayPal:

We accept all forms of payment offered through PayPal including payment by credit card, bank account transfer, and e-checks.

Money Orders & Personal Checks:

Payment can be made out to either Crystal Inspirations or Rachel Genovese and mailed to:

To prevent delays in the processing of your order, please include your order information with your payment.

If paying by personal check, please note that if the check is for $26 or more, your order will not ship until the funds have cleared (usually no more than 10 days). When your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation, via email, letting you know that it has arrived and then another confirmation once the funds have cleared and the order has shipped so you will always know the status of your order.

Sales Tax

8.125% sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped within Texas.

Shipping

U.S. Orders

All items will ship by USPS unless another shipping service is requested.

Shipping is FREE for orders of $50 or more!

For smaller orders, shipping will be a flat rate of $2.00 for USPS First Class or $5.00 for Priority Mail - both including delivery confirmation.

Express services are also available. Please email us for a quote.

We generally ship on a daily basis (Monday - Saturday) with the exception of postal holidays.

SwRI Employees

As a special courtesy, we offer free delivery to all SwRI employees (San Antonio location only). To take advantage of this service, please include your department, building, and room numbers in the shipping address section during checkout. You will find a special "SwRI Delivery" shipping option to use during checkout. We can also accept payment on a COD basis if you are paying by cash or check. Just select the "Payment on Delivery (SwRI Employees Only)" option and your payment will be collected when your order is delivered.

International Orders

Live outside the U.S.? That's ok! We will gladly take your order, but some conditions do apply.

• International orders must be paid for via PayPal unless other arrangements are made.
• Shipping will be made via USPS Global Priority Mail (where available) for a flat rate of $9.00 to Canada or $11.00 anywhere else.

Please expect a slight delay in delivery to allow for clearance through Customs. The customer is responsible for any and all duties and taxes imposed by Customs.

Free shipping is not available for orders shipping outside of the United States (sorry).
