Handmade Hematite Combat Rosary

I made this combat rosary for a friend's fiance who is currently serving in Iraq. The Hail Mary beads are hematite colored Czech glass and the Our Father beads are genuine hematite gemstone beads. Every bead is individually wire wrapped to ensure that they stay securely connected in even the harshest of conditions. For the same reason I used traditional wire wrapped "bow" connectors in place of jump rings and small wire wrapped black Czech fire polished glass beads in place of the chain.

These combat rosaries make a very special gift for a loved one who is serving their country in the Middle East and they can be made in just about any color you can imagine.
