We've compiled the following answers to frequently asked questions for your customer convenience. Please contact us if your question is still unanswered. When will my item ship? TOP
Shipping time is dependent on two things...payment method and availability (pre-made vs. special/custom order).
- Pre-made items paid via credit card or PayPal will ship within 24 hours.
- If payment is made by PayPal eCheck, the items will ship once the eCheck has cleared (usually 3-5 days).
- Orders of $25 or more that are paid by personal check will ship once payment has cleared my bank (usually no more than 10 days).
- In most cases, if the artist has the supplies required for a custom or specialized order on hand, shipment is usually only delayed by a day or two (rosaries could require up to 2 weeks).
- The turn-around time on custom orders that require a special order of components will vary depending on the length of time it takes for me to receive the components from my supplier and then complete the piece(s).

Yes! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the jewelry for a full refund (including shipping) or store credit within 30 days. For full details regarding refunds, please visit our Return Policy page.
Is there a warranty on your jewelry? TOP
Absolutely! We offer a lifetime warranty on every piece we make. If your jewelry should ever break, just return it to us, with all of its original pieces (or as many as possible), and we will repair it for you for free - all you pay is shipping.
Please note that handcrafted jewelry tends to be more delicate than its commercial counterpart and should be cared for accordingly. How do I attach my cell phone charm to my phone? TOP
Almost all cell phones have a place where you can attach a wrist strap. What you are looking for is a set of 2 holes with a small strip of plastic in the middle. It is usually located on the side of the phone near the top, but some models have it top and center. You may have to look very closely because they are usually quite small and easily missed.
- Once you have located the hole, hold the sides of the lariat loop together and push it through so that it goes in one hole and out the other.
- Then separate the sides to open the loop, carefully push the charm through, and pull tight.
If you charm doesn't hang right, try threading it through in the opposite direction. I really love this (necklace, bracelet, lanyard, etc.). Would you be able to make me the matching (earrings, bracelet, etc.)? TOP
Sure! Provided that the materials are available, we will gladly make you the additional pieces needed to complete your set. If you see a piece that you like, but it doesn't have companion pieces listed, just send contact us for a quote! Can I have my item re-sized? TOP
Yes! Just let us know the size you need by making a note in the Special Instructions memo box provided in the item description.
As a courtesy, if the re-sizing is requested at the time of purchase, we make the necessary adjustment for no additional charge.
However, since the re-sizing of a finished piece will usually require a complete re-stringing, plus additional materials in many cases, there will be a small fee of $2.00 (plus shipping) for this service if requested after the item has shipped. I would like to purchase an item as a gift. Would you be able to ship it directly to the recipient? TOP
No problem! Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. If you would like us to include a special message, just enter that message in the special request box provided in the item description. Do you offer gift wrap services? TOP
We would be more than happy to gift wrap your purchase for you! Just check the appropriate checkbox in the item description and we will take care of it for you. There is no charge for gift packaging at this time. Would I be able to order an item in quantity? TOP
Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and will therefore only reflect an available quantity of one. However, if you require a larger quantity of an item or set of items, please contact me and we will try to accommodate your needs. |
